I use an IPTV service to watch movies etc. Since last Thursday it has not been working and I cannot log back. Even my user information has disappeared. IPTV told me the issue is at my end. They tested my connect to the streaming service and it works fine. I cannot log in though, |I have tried many times. When I put in my username and Password, I get an error message to put in the proper credentials. I have not changed anything, so I am lost at what I can do. It is very frustrating.

Hey @Melitta,
Thanks for your reply.
We do not interfere with those types of services. Our best recommendation is to reset your login password, and if you do continue to have any trouble follow back up with the Premium Services IPTV support team so they can further assist you.
Have a great evening 🙂

Good Morning @BellNick,
Thank you. I think it's my Bitfender security that is blocking it. I don't know why it started happening just now because I had it on my laptop since before I started using the IPTV service, but maybe an update did it. I don't know but it sure is frustrating. I don't want to disable the security for obvious reasons.
Thank you.

Hi @Melitta,
Welcome to the Bell Community.
Can you please clarify which IPTV service you are using?

Hi Patricia,
Thank you. I will try that. I have requested a new login and password from the IPTV service and they told me they would not give me new credentials as they tried them and they work on their system when they test them.
Thank you.

Hi there @Melitta
We do not interfere with those types of services, so the result of your login credentials not working is not Bell related. You will need to keep consulting with the IPTV provider for assistance with accessing your account.
