Hi @ericelam @Speedbird
Thank you for your post's and welcome to the Community.
We wanted to check in to see if you are still experiencing issues with logging into Sportsnet with your Bell credentials? If so, have you attempted any troubleshooting steps?
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi @BellNick,

Yes I am still having the issue. I have done multiple troubleshooting steps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on multiple devices. And I have also tried on my PC with different browsers. It is a Bell authentication error. Because after entering my login credentials the next page does not load and the following error is shown:

This fedportal.ges.bell.ca page can’t be found

No web page was found for the web address:" https://fedportal.ges.bell.ca/affwebservices/"

I'm experiencing the issue too. I can't login to Sportsnet.ca on my browser using my Bell.ca credentials. I've tried with multiple browsers, in incognito mode and not, with all extensions disabled and not and... getting the "This fedportal.ges.bell.ca page can’t be found" error as well.

Any idea when this will be fixed?

Good Day.

I have reconfirmed this morning that there are no issues with accessing: https://watch.sportsnet.ca/

Please tell us more. How are you signing into Sportsnet? Verify your OS and app is up to date & restart your device.

You can login to the Sportsnet app & on the web with your Bell credentials providing you have access to the Sportsnet channels as part of your Bell TV subscription.

To login to the Sportsnet:

  1. Open up the app or web page: Sportsnet
  2. Go to & Select > Sign In.
  3. Select > TV Provider Sign In.
  4. Select > Bell.
  5. Enter your MyBell username and Password. Select > Login
  6. You will now be presented with a Success! Login confirmation. Select > Ok.

If you are experiencing issues accessing Sportsnet with your browser:

  1. Verify your Bell account Username & password.

Take care.

Thanks, but there is an issue and it's been ongoing for at least a week or so.

I've tried logging in on the most recent version of Brave, Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and get the same error message each time with every browser, cache cleared or not.

2 months later and this is STILL an issue. Come on bell get your stuff together.

This fedportal.ges.bell.ca page can’t be found

No web page was found for the web address:" https://fedportal.ges.bell.ca/affwebservices/ "

Same error that's been occuring for months.

Happens when trying to log into the app from multiple Android devices and

Web page from multiple windows computers and multiple Internet providers.

I have reconfirmed this morning that there are no issues with logging in and accessing Sportsnet using either the Sportsnet app on two devices & as well on two browsers: Microsoft Edge & Google Chrome. I logged in & out multiple times. I accessed Sportsnet using this weblink: https://watch.sportsnet.ca/

If you are continually experiencing login issues with Sportsnet, please tell us more. How are you signing into Sportsnet on the web? Have you verified your OS & app are up to date? Restarted your device? Verifeid your login information? Cleared your cache, cookies, passwords & history?

I can assure you there is a problem.

I can't log into the web site either. As soon as you enter your credentials (step 5) and get redirected to the bell site mentioned in my post I get an error.

I can watch Sportsnet just fine from the bells fiber app so yes I'm subbed to it.

I can log Into bell owned apps\sites that take credentials directly without the redirect (ctv and tsn for instance)

I have tried from 5 computers (all windows),  3 different android phones and 3 different Internet providers.  They all have the same problem as have been reported by others and I mentioned in my original post.

The bell site that we are redirected too when we try to log in errors out.
