Resolved! Nest Thermostat Router settings

My Nest thermostat kept losing power. Turns out its the WiFi that keeps killing the charge. I know this because my brother in law is an HVAC tech and he checked the system and even rewired it to make sure it is getting power. But it still kept dying....
