I have recently my rented Bell Wifi Pods (2 of them), and when I try to set them up through the Bell Wifi App, I receive a pop-up that says "All pods found You've reached your limit of pods". But I have not been able to install them, they are not connected to the Wifi, and the spinning buffer just spins saying it is Looking for Pods. I have already reset my Modem, made sure my Whole Home Wifi is on, tested the plugs etc. Any help? This is extremely frustrating.

Update to my previous reply: I spent a long time on chat with a Bell rep and eventually, with no action on my part, the pod appeared in the app. (The rep said they had done nothing to make it appear, other than checking my connection at Bell's end.)

Hi there @ashg.
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community
We would recommend checking out our article What are Whole Home Wi-Fi pods and how do I use them?
and under the section "How to install Whole Home Wi-Fi pods".
Please let us know if this helps.

I am trying to install a single pod but Bell wifi app doesn't see it or gives error message: "All pods found. You have reached your limit of pods."
But the app does not see the single pod plugged in. I have unplugged pod several times and restarted app several times.
