Hi,
I’m using Home hub 3000, and 50mb speed.
It's a problem that occurs 3-4 times a week, and when I come home from work, two phones automatically connect to Wi-Fi. But when I turn on YouTube with two cell phones, one is connected immediately, but the other has a problem that the Wi-Fi signal is set but the connection is not working. If this is a modem issue, my laptop and phone should also not be able to connect to Wi-Fi, but it doesn't seem to be a modem issue as it is. And the reason why it's hard to say it's a cell phone problem, is that at some point it's connected.. I really don't know what's causing it.

Hey @EdHun,
Thank you for your reply.
What type of cell phone are you using (make/model)?
Have you had an opportunity to use the Wi-Fi check up tool that we linked to above?
Let the Community know the results.
