Resolved! Over my monthly Internet Usage - but no devices connected

Have Bell internet as a backup - nothing linked to it (all to another service provider) - get emails / texts from Bell saying we are over allotment for the month - again, no computers, smart TV, mobile phones, security cameras conntected to the WIFI....

Resolved! Motorola Halo baby cam 2.4g

I’m in a small condo but the 2.4g signal isn’t stable to manage my baby cam less than 25ft away. It needs to connect via the 2.4g only network and the bell is wifi booster only works if both network bands are running combined.
