Ok, thanks for your concern. Can you say what is working on your phone? Data? Text messaging? Is this restricted to a specific number or all land lines? Please say more.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Can you please provide me with some further details? Is it one specific number or all landline numbers?
Check your phone’s settings.
- Make sure that you have not turned on Airplane mode.
- Check that your ringer volume is loud enough and that the phone is not set to silent or vibrate only.
- Make sure that the landline number is not being blocked on your device.
- Check your Focus & Do not disturb settings.
- Do you have Call Forwarding? If so, turn this feature off.
- Make sure your phone is not set to auto answer.
- Verify your network mode is set to automatic. Confirm that you are in area that has coverage.
- Reboot your phone. Turn your device off and on or perform a soft reset. In most cases, a soft reset will not affect data on the device unless the battery is very low.
- Try making a test call. Dial *2355 from your smartphone. If you hear a recording saying your test call is successful, then your phone can make a voice call. If you hear a recording saying “To activate your Bell Mobility phone...,” please contact Bell Customer Service or visit a Bell store for assistance.
If the problem persists, you should contact Bell Customer Service Mobility Tech support at: 1 800 667-0123
Let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Take care.

I am having the same issue as Glebe. When someone calls my mobile number from any landline, the following message is what the caller hears: "The cellular number you have called is not assigned. Please check the number and try the call again." Mobile to mobile is fine. Mobile to landline is fine. Please help.

Hey there @Gallach ,
Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.
In order for the community to best assist, more details will be needed;
- Please review and provide details as requested above on this thread.
- Ask the caller to add the country code (1) prior your phone number and to try again.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
