The question is number of rings, not the ring time. And the link in your response has conflicting advice. It tells you how to set the ring time, and then the Good to know note talks about the number of rings. And I can't get *61*6XXXXXXXX5*11*20# and press Send to work.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
To choose how long your phone rings before a caller will go to your voicemail:
- On the dial pad of your mobile phone, enter the following:
- * 61 * 647 383 2355 * 11 * time #
- Time: the number of seconds (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30) before the call transfers to voicemail.
- Press Send.
- A status message will be displayed on the screen.
Example: for 20 seconds of ring time, enter *61*6473832355*11*20# and press Send.
This information can be found: Setting the number of rings before Message Centre picks up
Different types of phones have different standard ring lengths and customizable settings. If you enter a number of seconds, (rings less than two or more than nine, the system will automatically abort the change and default to the previous setting.
Note: The setting number is in seconds not rings! Start with 20 seconds & adjust accordingly.
Thank you posting your question.
Take care.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum
Verify your device phone settings & that it is also up to date with the current iOS / OS & apps.
Do a hard reboot powering off your device & follow the procedures below.

Good Day.
I as well have two iPhones. Which model do you have? It does work.
You can set the ring time in seconds: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 seconds before the call transfers to voicemail. The default setting on an iPhone allows for approximately 15 seconds of ring time before a call is directed to voicemail.
Have you verified your iPhone settings? Which iOS are you using on your device? Have you checked you Focus settings? Please refer to your user instructions in the iPhone TIPS app or on Apple iPhone support website.
If you enter a number of rings less than two or more than nine, the system will automatically abort the change and default to the previous setting.
After selecting "Send" did you receive a message?
For example, in 30 seconds, you can typically expect approximately 4 or 5 rings.
Take care.

Good Day
I as well have two iPhones 16 Pro Max. It does work. Have you verified your iPhone settings? Have you checked you Focus settings? Please refer to your user instructions in the iPhone TIPS app or on Apple iPhone support website.
Please refer to the example that I have included at the bottom. You must enter the information exactly as shown in this example. E.g. Substitute 20 seconds for 25 or 30 seconds to increase the number of rings.
You can set the ring time in seconds: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 seconds before the call transfers to voicemail. The default setting on an iPhone allows for approximately 15 seconds of ring time before a call is directed to voicemail.

Thank you for your question. Unlike traditional voice mail programs, which were set based on mechanical rings, Bell Mobility Message centre is set up by the number of seconds, from 5 to 30, before the call transfers to voicemail. You can change the setting by following the instructions found here . I suggest you try the longest setting first. If that is not working, please get back to the forum with further information regarding your issue.
