Poor cell service in Conestoga mall

Is there a way to report area with poor cell service to bell? 
the Conestoga mall in Waterloo ON only got 3G in the food court area. Please be advise, and boost the service signal. Even though the coverage map shows 5G.

Please note that we do not have the ability to guaranty service within a building, basements or any undergrown parking lots or establishments. What you're describing is perfectly normal as you are inside of a mall.
