Has anyone received the August 2024 for Samsung S23 phone (BTW, mine is S23 Ultra, ITM!)

At this point I would be happy to receive the August 2024 update since it was released on September 17th in Canada.

I am sure that is the case. Perhaps contact the phone manufacturer directly or use their support forums?

Samsung has halted the rollout of its long-awaited One UI 7 update following the discovery of a bug that prevented some Galaxy S24 owners from unlocking their phones. Information such as this is just not available on the Bell Community Forum. This is a question that can best be answered by contacting Samsung Technical Support.
