My son's apple watch number is under my account, it is a standalone smartwatch plan(falimy set up).

After I reset the watch, just can't set up the cellular back, keeps showing this page

When I check my Bell account, the device imformation is still under that number,

Is it because the watch IMEI still paired to the esim, how can I remove/unpair, so that I can reconnect again?

I have called several times, have not solve the problem yet. The only way is wait for them to call back???

Bell finally called me back,  was told this is a problem that has been ongoing since December they are aware and have teams working on it.  A notice was sent out to the Reps/empolyees to tell customers who had this issue that they are working on this. The date they have for this issue to be resolved by is Feb 11.

I tried again and it worked.  They had an update last night and it fixed my issue.   Try and see if you can add a standalone plan to your watch.

I set it up but for some reason the watch still says no connection, but it’s activated

OMG!!! It FINALLY worked!!!! Two months later and my kid finally has a working Christmas present. Thanks to you guys for posting. I wouldn't have known and definitely didn't hear from Bell that it was working. YAY!!!

yes, it worked. My daughters watch did that at first when we set that one up on Boxing Day.  On the watch make sure under settings cellular it’s turned on.

Mine is now active.  Thanks to the Bell technicians who finally fixed this. Good work everyone; I'm confident this wouldn't have happened if we hadn't spent so many hours on the phone, pushing Technical Support.

Thanks to Katrina and replier. Same issue with iwatch ultra 2: everything other than cellular connection would work. After being escalated 3 times to Bell tech support and assigned to network team with a number, final resolution was to delete both cell number and iwatch number. Unpair and reset iwatch. Assign new iwatch number. Repair, reconnect etc etc per instructions. Worked perfectly. No exact explanation from tech what they changed to make this work. Just to note I had suggested they try this number change option on second call but only 4th time would tech do this.
also to note it took a week to fix this issue. Store staff and tech support were very professional and polite in their treatment and exchanges.

Hi just purchased the watch at Bell Store and got the standalone share plan. However after pairing, got an error when set up cellular service. Really frustrating as talked with hotline rep for few times but still not solving the issue. IMG_1222.png

Same issue.  Paired and unpaired twice now.  They deleted the share number and went through steps again.   Still not working.  Tech support said they called and left messages the first time yet nothing.  Extremely frustrating for what should be a pretty simple setup.

Did you ever get the watch connected ? I’ve been arguing with Bell for over a week with the same issue.

Hello , I am new to the Bell and I have the same issues for set up cellular for my Apple Watch . The same message pop up , I called few times and wait hour and hour in the line and just issued a ticket no !
also I have reception issues on my phone line and data is like LTE and 3G !!!

They’ve e since called and fixed the issue in their system but they do it on an individual customer basis and regular customer support cannot fix it and are not even aware it can be fixed. They will just take you through the basics .  They have to have someone from higher up technicians they call “back office support” to  fix it.

I tried to connect my apple watch through cellular with my device and it says connection to the server was lost.
