Good morning, @richarddr. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thank you for your post.
As you've already found for yourself, you can only have the primary account holder and up to two authorized contacts on your account with Bell. If you wish to add on a third, you would need to remove one of the original two contacts first.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

That works if you are the authorized contact and want to add one more. But what if you're an authorized contact and want to add a third? Two contacts appears to be the maximum allowed.

My wife and I were on a call with Bell yesterday May 26, 2025, and they said they couldn't change the authorized contact, and that we had to do it online. When I tried, I see there is no edit button next to authorized contacts. Spent quite a bit of time on the phone with them yesterday. How are we supposed to resolve this?

Good Day & Welcome to t the Bell Community Forum.
You are absolutely correct. You can no longer change an authorized contact online by logging in & using MyBell.
To expedite this process, a moderator will look into this issue & will address the instructions as provide on the Bell Community Forum.
For expediency purposes, please call Bell Customer Services & request to speak to a manager.
In these days of Fraud & Scams, it is far better to be more Vigilant & Safer than remembering to lock the barn door after the horse has disappeared.
Take care.

Nice to have an acknowledgment. I eventually found an agent that would add me as authorized user. That said once this was done they still said my wife was needed for certain discussions which made the whole exercise pointless.
Your suggestion of "For expediency purposes, please call Bell Customer Services & request to speak to a manager." seems a bit laughable based on my personal experience this past month, there is no expediency of any kind.

Good Day.
@thelensmount Thank you for your gracious reply.
I cannot speak for what you have been told & the expediency in terms of how, what, & the authorized user information that you expected & the way it was handled.
As just one member of many more members of the Bell Community Forum, all of us are striving to do our best to assist each other out in answering questions, solving problems & looking for solutions to any issues that any of us might have.
Unfortunately, sometimes matters such as this may not live up to your expectations.
Life can be like that.............
Take care.

Hello!
Is it possible to add a family member's name to my monthly Bell Internet invoice? I only have Internet service with Bell (no home phone or TV). Would this require a transfer of ownership, and if so, is there a fee?
Thank you so much!
