I have a lot of "missbilling" but last ones are critical, I sent etransfer payments by my bank, one 1st of March, second on 18 of March and no one arrived at Bell, like I didn't make my payments. Very weird, I have my confirmations from my bank but nothing in my bell application payment history listing.... what I can do?

We do not accept etransfers as a payment method.

Hi, BellAntgio, I already payed by e transfer from my bank account, the first 2 times and there are in history list, what make me now very confused and not happy ....

In the instance that you've made a payment and it is not showing on your MyBell after it's normal processing time, by checking out the first hyperlink in our above response under Locating a payment you can find the following information; In the payment history, you can see the payments we received from you. If you’re unable to locate a particular payment, please contact your financial institution or credit card company.

I've paid my bill through cibc e transfer, however it says that i haven't paid my bill yet. However money has been debited from my account. I used client id as account number
