Credit Union not listed for preauthorized payments from bank account

My credit union branch is not in the list when I am supposed to select my bank. I was told via chat there is no way to add it. How is that possible? SOMEONE must be able to add to this list! Any info on that?  Thanks

I'm trying to set up pre-authorized payments but I can't find Westoba Credit Union in the "Bank name" field.
How can I set up pre-authorized payments when my bank is not listed in the form?

Hello! Am I the only Bell client that uses Servus as a bank that wants to set up pre-auth payments? Servus is not listed as an option and talking to an agent, they don't care and will not pass this information on to get a ball rolling to make all bell clients happy. I want to set it and forget it and not have to worry if I made a pmt or if I'm late making a pmt. Does anyone know which route I can take to make this heard with bell so that it can make just a few of us happier?  Tks!

Just tried to find my bank in the list, got a chat bot to take my credit union name with a ton of promises to notify “higher management team” of the problem, but in the meantime I should try using a credit card. So bell is more than aware of this issue, but feel adding the names of banks is just not worth their effort.
So for the ludicrous rates they charge customers do not get a lot of support. Unfortunately this is probably true of all the cell phone company.

When trying to set up authorized payments, I can’t find Servus credit union in the options for a bank institution.

I am switching financial institutions and mine isn’t listed on the bell site. Wish to enter manually

Envison Financial isn't on their list either for authorized payments. Yet I can pay the bell bill through my envision account. What a joke?
