How do I leave a review for a great employee?

Hello, 

Your employee Krista from Ontario was super helpful. I was in a rush to get to work and I forgot to ask if there is anyway I can leave of a review for her. She was very informative, understanding and kind. I really appreciate all her help and hope she gets to see this somehow.

I want to complimenting a telephone technician support. and I called bell telephone support for my internet issue on Aug-17-2024. He is patient  and professional, and he listens to me carefully and understands the internet issue , so I want to say that I really appreciate him .

Hi there!

    I was wondering where can I leave a positive review for a great service that I received tonight from an employee named Ross. I called customer service concerning my Fibe tv and he was the third person that I was transferred to. He was very kind, helpful, patient, and made sure that my problem was resolved. He also was very apologetic for the time that it took. I just really appreciated how he sincerely wanted to help. I hope there is a way to let him know that he was amazing and that he deserves to be recognized! Thanks again Ross!! 😃

I received one of the best in-person customer service experiences today - Michael from the Bell Store in Bramalea City Centre (Brampton, ON) was amazing.  I was converting my landline to a mobile account (finally) and he took the time to make this a priority for him.  Every question was answered and I left feeling - WOW, I need to tell someone about this.  Great Work Michael!

30 minutes ago I was assisted by one of your agent named Mela. I can hear on the background how busy they were on a Sunday. But Mela was so helpful with her cheerful way of explaining to me my inquiry and some clarification regarding my mobility account. She was very pleasant with good manners as well. Hoping to encounter an employee like her in my future business with Bell.

Hello,
I am commenting on Syed, Employee Number XXXXX, for their fantastic customer service this evening. This agent went above and beyond to ensure that he understood my issue. He was calm, patient, and an excellent listener. As someone who teaches customer service skills, I was impressed with his professionalism. Even though he could not remedy the issue, he wrote to the back office and explained every step of the process. The issue was more complex and could not be resolved tonight. This employee deserves to be recognized.
