Your employee Krista from Ontario was super helpful. I was in a rush to get to work and I forgot to ask if there is anyway I can leave of a review for her. She was very informative, understanding and kind. I really appreciate all her help and hope she gets to see this somehow.

Recently, installer Vikramijit came to my condo to install new Fibe TV & Internet services. What a wonderful young man! He was very polite, knowledgeable and most of all, impeccably honest and sincere. This is my intro to Bell. If all staff is as great as this young man. I am in for many happy years of service! I hope Bell can pass on my compliments to this exceptional young man.

for his excellent service and he patiently listened to my issue, worked through it with great care, and made sure it was resolved. His professionalism responsibility, and dedication truly stood out.
its rare to find someone so committed to helping customers, and I really appreciate his efforts.

Hello, i just wanted to say that after 3 month of calling and trying to resolve my issue with bell only yesterday one of your customer service worker name Paula Mae was able to help me connect to the right department to resolve my issue. Previously i have spoke with countless people and no one was able to direct me to the right department. So just wanted to say thanks to her my issue is finally resolved yesterday. Our chat disconnected but she still got the correct contact number for me and called me back to provide me with that phone number. Thank you for doing that as i was getting tired of calling to resolve my issue.

After having a terrible experience with 1 supervisor, I had the pleasure of dealing with Marco - Bell Resolution Team - This individual is by far one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with. Probably one of the best Bell representatives in the company. He actually had one of the friendliest demeanors I have ever encountered. He used the time to listen, understand the situation and actually apply the proper solution to keep myself and family happy customers. He actually kept me from switching to a competitor/ provider. He deserves praise and recognition for his abilities and efforts. Well done Bell on hiring this person.
