You will need to register all of your services on MyBell. Once you complete the following steps by linking your accounts in MyBell, there will be numerous other benefits to linking them, including One Bill.
If you wish to add an additional service such as TV, Internet, Home phone, Mobiliity, etc., to MyBell & set it up for One Bill you will need to link these services / accounts in your MyBell.
To do so, open any web browser & Login to your MyBell account.
Next, go to the following link & follow the steps as shown for linking your accounts in MyBell:
How to add another account to MyBell
Follow these steps for each of the service you wish to link to MyBell. Once completed, you will be able to view all of your services & pay all of your accounts from one location using One Bill. You will also be able set up method of payment, auto billing payment, look at your history, account information, etc.
I have also added the following link to better assist you in understanding One Bill, how it works & who can receive One Bill.
What is One Bill and how does it work? : Who can receive One Bill? (bell.ca)
Note: Consolidating a Bell Mobility account into One Bill is subject to multiple conditions. These include:
- Consumer accounts only (Small Business Mobility cannot consolidate on One Bill)
- Not in Collections
- Not on a Credit limit / Security Deposit
- If the two accounts have different names, a transfer of responsibility is required.
In addition, if you meet all eligibility conditions, it will take two billing cycles for the process to be completed.
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community Forum.
Take care.

Thank you for your question. You can to what you want to do by logging into the Bell web page (not the app) and going to https://support.bell.ca/Billing-and-Accounts . Click on the Quick Link that says, Consolidate My Bills and follow the prompts.

Hi there @Kujo1,
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community 🙂
Which services do you have? Typically after linking your account it can take up to two billing cycles for the consolidation process to be complete.
If you are consolidating your mobility account into One Bill there are some requirements in order for the request to be granted as well. We invite you to check out this great post
by @WelshTerrier for more information on the conditions.
Please let the Community know if you have any other questions.

How will I pay for another account number? I already have my own account number and I will be the one to continue to pay for another account. I can’t find a way how in my MyBell app.

In the app go to « My Services » and select « Add a New service ». You should then be asked what type of service you want to add..choose Mobility.
What this will do is not create a new account for you, rather activate a new mobility line under your existing account, this means whoever pays the bill on the account today will continue to pay it for this new line. If this is what you want, the above steps will work.

Just adding another option….if your goal is not to add a new line to your existing account , rather simply to be able to see another account’s bill on your MyBell app, you can click on the profile link (silhouette in the top right corner), then select « Profile » and then « link a bill ». Then follow the instructions to e sure you are the owner of that account and you will then be able to manage it.
