Got a $250. reward card in the mail and have had ""0""success in activating it. I've called every phone # possible and still no success. One of the places I reached told me they have no account with BELL. Not exactly the GREAT service you advertize!

Hello I have a 100$ prepaid visa and have been trying for months now to activate. I keep getting errors and the card expires in two months now… I have done everything everyone here has done or said everything the FAQs said everything Google and visa have said still not able to activate do I send it back for new card do I go to a bell store… how do I get what is rightfully owed to me for switching to Bell last year????

Do you have an active account with Bell? Have you contacted Bell Cardholder Services?
On the back of your gift card, there normally is a toll-free number and or web site so that you can call or visit to discover your balance. The information should of also been attached with the gift card. This included how & where you can use it.

If you have contacted Bell Cardholder Services, then I would contact Bell Customer Service one more time & ask to speak to a manager. If your problem is no solved with a manager, I would submit your concern to a member of the Bell Management Team.

Just a word of caution: be very careful with any e-mails regarding Visa gift cards.
Make sure the e-mail is legitimately from Bell, and the website you are entering information in is indeed Bell and not a fake web site.

I received an email to register for my promotional pre paid VISA card and nothing works, I received a message indicating "Bad Request" when I clicked the link provided. Please advise.

I am experiencing a similar issue. I've follow the steps from the email and when I click the submit button. I got a message "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later." The situation has been like this for the past 3 days. Please advice

Trying to Register/ redeem a $250 prepaid card. Tried https://www.promoprepaidcard.bell.ca. Says 400 Bad Request.
I didn't know I had to do this within 30 days, and I'm running out of days. I got the email Sept. 5th. Trying to complete it today so it doesn't expire. Anyone else have trouble connecting to the promoprepaidcard.bell.ca website? Any person I can call to help me redeem/ register the card?

How are you trying to access this web site?
- Try clearing your browser cache, cookies, etc..
- Verify that you are typing in the correct web site url.
- Have you tried using a different web browser?
You would have received a confirmation email when your order was completed including instructions on how to register your Gift Card. If you had not registered the Gift Card within 30 days of receiving the registration email, the promotion will have then expired.

I use google chrome to open the link, it said 400 bad request. but when I use Safari to open the link , it works.
