Got a $250. reward card in the mail and have had ""0""success in activating it. I've called every phone # possible and still no success. One of the places I reached told me they have no account with BELL. Not exactly the GREAT service you advertize!

I received an email to say I can now register online to receive my $150 prepaid card. But when I enter the registration code and the order number as prompted at the website they sent me (https://www.promoprepaidcard.bell.ca/#/home), I keep receiving the message: "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later."
What am I doing wrong?

It could be the website is temporarily overloaded. It might work in 10 minutes, or you might have to try multiple times in a row.
You might also want to try an incognito window, which will disable all web browser extensions as sometimes they can interfere with web sites.

Thank you for updating the community. Glad to see everything is now working for you.
As mentioned earlier, did you clear your browser data on the web browser that you were having issues with? Should you experience a similar issue in the future, that would be one of the first steps you should look in to completing.
FYI Only.
- Try clearing your browser cache, cookies, etc..
- Verify that you are typing in the correct web site url.
- Have you tried using a different web browser?
- If you are accessing a password protected site, reconfirm your saved password.
