How to stop getting promotional mail from Bell

Does anyone know how you can stop receiving annoying and, frankly, wasteful Bell offers via mail? There are no options on MyBell offers/notification preferences - which is just ridiculous in itself - and no options to start a support chat about this. Thanks in advance!

Hi, did you try when you log in to click on your name (at the top right of your screen, next to log out), then select "my profile" (last option) then you will be able to update some of your preferences on marketing communications

I am a Bell employee and a customer. My views on the Community Forum are my own and may not be the views of Bell or any of its affiliates.

I changed communication settings in the Bell app.  By clicking on the silhouette icon on the top right you can edit your settings.  Select Profile > Profile Information > Communication preferences > unselect the communications you don't want to receive.

I did this for my email a long time ago but I don't know if that is the reason I don't physical mail from Bell.  Hope this helps and we save some trees.

I keep receiving marketing/promotions in the mail, addressed to me (I'm a former customer). How do I get my name removed from any mailing lists for promotions and/or marketing?

I keep receiving marketing emails to my old email ***@outlook.com. I changed this email long time ago to my new email ***@outlook.com. I no longer use the old email. However, it still shows on my account and though everything is unchecked, I'm still getting emails there. Please remove my old email ***@outlook.com from all my Bell records. I have no option to do it myself. I'm attaching screenshots.20251110_213633000_iOS.png
