Set up flexible payment

Hi,

I recently got a new job and before that, I spent 1-2 weeks without working. Due to this, my next paycheque will arrive late. Is there a way I can postpone my bill payment date?

Hey there @Skbl, thanks for your post and welcome to the Bell Community. Congratulations on your new job 🙂

If it happens that you don’t pay a bill by the due date, at that time, the option to set up a flexible payment option in MyBellOpens in a new tab or window will become available.

Let the Community know if you have any other questions.

Hello, how I contact someone to let them know my bill payment might be a day or two late. Because my next paycheque won’t be until July 3rd. And, I’m not sure when my next bell payment is due.

Good day,

Bill payment due dates, overdue accounts or extensions cannot be changed on this forum. If your problem is related to a late payment, non-payment, an account overdue issue, or to report a payment, you should contact Bell Accounts & Billing at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or 1 800 663-9740

To find your Bell bill date, log into your MyBell account online or through the MyBell appOnce logged in, navigate to the "My bills and payments" section. Your current bill will be displayed, and the billing date is usually located at the top of the bill. Your Bell bill date does not change. It is the same calendar date each and every month.

If Bell doesn’t receive payment for your bill within 30 days of the bill date, you will be charged late payment fees. Your service can also be suspended. Please check out the following web link that I have provided below.
