I'm trying to print off the bills from last year and the VIEW CURRENT BILL goes to a blank screen
anyone having issues with the bell website not working right?

Did you setup One Bill on MyBell? Do you have more than one account? Did you add all of your accounts? Are they linked in One BillI ?
I trust your services are set up & functioning & that you have a MyBell account & it is set up for at least one of your services.
If not, then follow the steps I have provided below.
You will need to link the accounts for One Bill.
Once you complete the following steps by linking your accounts in MyBell, there will be numerous other benefits to linking them, including One Bill.
If you wish to add an additional service such as TV, Internet, Home phone, Mobiliity, etc., to MyBell & set it up for One Bill you will need to link these services / accounts in your MyBell.
To do so, open any web browser & Login to your MyBell account.
Next, go to the following link & follow the steps as shown for linking your accounts in MyBell:
How to add another account to MyBell
Follow these steps for each of the service you wish to link to MyBell. Once completed, you will be able to view all of your services & pay all of your accounts from one location using One Bill. You will also be able set up method of payment, auto billing payment, look at your history, account information, etc.

Safari 16.5.1 was updated as part of an automatic update on June 21, 2023. Since then I am unable to view my Current Bill. The web page partially loads then stalls . Re-loading the page results in a blank page.
I have checked the usual, Pop Up are enabled, Jaba Script is enabled.
I was able to load the Current Bill on a different computer with an older version of Safari.

Hi @NotWorkingMy. Welcome to the Community.
Are your bills regularly issued this time of month? At times there can be delays in bills being issued for a number of reasons, including but not limited to maintenance on our billing systems. When this happens, we recommend checking periodically every business day or two to check and see if your bill is available.
Otherwise if you're receiving an error when trying to view your bill, could you share a screenshot or more details as to the error in question?

I have been having the same issue. I thought it was PrivateRelay-related, but having turned that off to test, it is not.
Other than waiting for the next update to Safari, is Bell going to look into this?
Safari 16.5.1, macOS Monterey 12.6.7

I agree with you. There is definitely a problem with the Bell > MyBell link to > My bills and payments > One Bill
There is an error in the script. This will need to be addressed by Bell MyBell Tech. Support.
It appears that it is unique to Apple Safari and only since Safari was updated to 16.5.1.

My Bell, when I go to look at my statements (bills) it changes to a blank white screen
Checked with Bill and they say all okay on their end. I have done this for years with no trouble.
Working with apple Ver 13.4.1

I have the same problem for 5 days now. Bill is paid (no problem displaying the amount owed!). Can’t view latest, or any, PDF of bill or print it. Robot chat no help. Just happened this month. June 2023.

I have the identical problem, have been trying off and on for a week. The Bell app sends me to the website and the screen goes blank. I tried downloading it in case it was ‘there’ but not visible; still blank on the pdf. I also can’t access my payment options…. I know where it’s being paid from because it has recorded this month’s payment.

I too have recently experience a significant slow down when accessing the "View Current Bill" webpage. I have always been using the Safari web browser (Version 16.5.2 (18615.2.9.11.10) on macOS Ventura 13.4.1 (c) (22F770820d) and everything has been fine until now so something on the web server must have changed recently.
After a while of the screen trying to load the content, the "View Current Bill" webpage times out then reloads and Safari generates the following message at the top of the screen:
"This webpage was reloaded because it was using significant memory."
After two or three tries, the page eventually loads but at a very, very slow pace.
I hope that this information helps in resolving this issue.
Note that I will not install another browser on my system given that the My Bell website has never had any issues on the Safari web browser until now.

Have tried over the past month. Just received a email with for my current bill and tried again with Safari 16.5.1. Having the same problem. The page starts to load then stalls.
The problem appears to be some code is incompatible with the new version of Safari. Has anyone in Tech Support taken a look since last month ?
