View Current Bill goes to a blank screen

I'm trying to print off the bills from last year and the VIEW CURRENT BILL goes to a blank screen

anyone having issues with the bell website not working right?

Mine is working now on my Mac, Ipad and iPhone.  May be the latest update to the IOS (16.6 20G75) and Mac o/s (Ventura 13.5) did it.

Just updated to Safari 16.6 and view print bill is working fine now.

Problem solved....Bell agent apparently did not know that Unblocking the pop-up windows for the Bell site would resolve the issue...had to go online to the Apple Forum to find out!

Easy & simple solution to this problem.

Bell Service continues to shine!!

I cannot get my bill either

I have tried for 2 days. Whether I use the App or website, same problem. I want to see the charges

I cannot view my bill as well the last couple of days.  I am using the latest version of Safari.  Page goes blank and tries to reload page.  It happens the same on the Iphone Bell app.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your posts.

Can you share with the Community which browser you're currently using and what troubleshooting steps have you taken so far.

You can try the following as well;

  • Clear your cookies and cache and make sure the pop up blocker is turned off.
  • Try a different browser, such as Chrome, Edge or Firefox

I am using Safari on a Mac  and did clear my cache.  Using the App. on the iphone as well with the same issue when trying to view my bill.  I am able to use the downbload option on the phone.  Both the Phone and Mac are the latest version.  Last month I did not have this issue.  I do not want to install a new browser.

the bill amount was charged to my charge card on June 1. 
my question is : Does that payment cover me from June 1 - June 30

All services are billed a month in advance. For example, if your account was activated on September 1st, and your bill is printed on the 7th, your first invoice will include charges from your installation date of September 1st - September 30th.

Account billing is based on your Bell billing date within the calendar month when the bill is generated. The billing date will be the same every month.

If your card was charged on June 1, it will show up as a payment to your account when received by Bell.

To view your Bell account & your billing date, login to MyBell and you will be able to view  this information on the main page under OneBill. This will include your payment & the date it was received. Pre-authorized billing is shown as well. This can also be changed from this screen. You can also view your current bill, see any outstanding balance or credit, & make a payment.

Please tell me: The last bill I was charged covers what period?  I can’t for the life of me log on to see my past invoices. What the heck is going on? Been trying for over 2 weeks. What gives?  Just answer the question. From what start date to the end date does my bill cover??

My current bill haven’t been posted 

I have the same issue. Cannot access the current billing via MyBell.

I received an email saying my bill is ready but when I try to access it in MyBell it says that I'll get an email when it's ready.
