Yesterday I went on my bell fibe and it was a black screen said error.Tap here for more I for but nothing happened.At first it showed something about chromecast but it doesn't stay on the screen long enough for me to read it ,I can get bell fibe on my phone.The same thing happens with the tv upstairs.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
We would recommend restarting your device, as well as unplugging your ChromeCast and plugging it back in and try again. If this does not work, our next recommendation would be to take a screenshot or picture of the error to share with the Community so we can better assist.
Can you also please share what device you are using as well as the generation of ChromeCast?
