I'm trying to activate the Global TV app on my TV. I put in the code and tried to login with the mybell account. It doesn't do anything. Please help.

Thanks for sharing @Cloe,
We recommend uninstalling the Global TV app, then reinstall and test to see if you are still having trouble.
Let us know how that goes.

It is still not working. I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall numerous times.

I've been going at this for a while and still nothing has changed. I am able to log into Global on the app and also in their web interface. I am able to log in fine but like you they report am not authorized (by my provider Bell) to view anything but the news. The problem seems to be in the Bell portol not telling them I have the Best Package.

The news clips from Globaltv.com are free too. Just like globalnews.ca, no tv provider login needed.

I can’t log onto the Global TV app too. I select Bell as the provider, enter my username and password, complete the captcha, and all I get is “loading…/chargement” with a spinning wheel of doom.

Ditto. I've been experiencing the same issue with Global TV, CTV, and A&E apps on mobile and ROKU. Please help. This appears generalized.

Just a quick update: As of January 11th our escalations team implemented a fix to resolve this for everyone.
If you are still having any trouble we recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the application, then test to see if the issue persists.

I'm having the same issue with both the Global TV app on my iphone and on the globaltv.com webpage. After logging into the Bell screen is constantly spins and says "loading". And yes, I've uninstalled the Global app and I am using the correct password etc. I cam currently correctly logged into the Bell Fibe app on my phone and the website. I've reached out to Global as well but have not got any resolution there either.

Where on my tv do I go to sign in to the global app? When I go to the web browser it says to download for android or iOS.

I finally after deleting again and logging in on my phone on the global tv activate with the code on the tv.
