Global TV app - Authentication error

I'm trying to activate the Global TV app on my TV. I put in the code and tried to login with the mybell account. It doesn't do anything. Please help.

I’m also having the same issues. Unable to get the global app on my smart tv to connect. When activating the device it fails on the login to the tv provider Bell.  Have double check my bell account and all it correct. Have deleted the app and reloaded several times but it always fails when authenticating to the bell site

Did you try logging in on your phone on the global tv activate with the code on the tv.

Tried that too,, Not working.. Says my Fibe TV is not authorized to view this channel. But I don't have Fibe, I have a satellite account.

Is there any update on this issue?

nobody at Bell believes us....they think their system works great

I can not use my bell user id and password to sign in global programing . IE . watch TED . WHY ?

I just get a weird shell window that appears to be running script to connect but never does. Says loading , but nothing . HELP.

I have the same problem with city tv , Sportsnet. Why do I pay a subscription to the channels and still receive a not authorized even though I can losing to the site through my tv provider?? 

Yes, and several different browsers to no avail. 

I don’t even get an error message. It just keeps spinning and never goes through authentication. 

That’s precisely what the issue is. No one at Bell believes this is ongoing. They think it’s been resolved months ago.  It’s NOT working. 

EXACT same problem. 

I had to delete the app on my tv a couple times and try the code from the global tv app from my tv on my computer or phone a couple times before it would work. I never logged into Bell on my computer but went to  https://watch.globaltv.com/activate

 

 

 

 

This worked. Thank you. I did have to click on it a couple of times before it got me to the activation code. Eventually I did get in.

This has started happening to me again. I’m logged into the global app on my iPhone 12 and on my TV but Bell won’t authenticate the watchglobaltv.com login at all. It just spins and spins like it did last time. Can anyone at Bell help again? I also can’t log into Bell Support forum on my laptop (again). When I navigate to anything on the forum it logs me out.  I’m doing this on my phone which is recognizing me. Help!
