The latest "upgrade" has crippled the guide. Unable to select a channel without going through "personalise" feature 4 or 5 times, before getting to the channel desired.
Unable to reach ANY tech support.

When you try to change channels from the guide. The Guide filter pop up selections locks so you cannot click on the individual channel. Another issue that I’ve had for months is my Bell remote will not turn off the TV. I have to use the TV’s remote to turn off. I had a repairman who replaced my remotes and receivers. Worked well for two weeks then back to the same problems Frustrating!
