CHCH and Omni channels are a couple of channels that are a part of the “better” package through Fibe TV but I’m not allowed to have them. I’ve been given numerous reasons. They were available in my region when I was with Cogeco so why not with Bell? Only with time shifting? Then why is it shown as part of my package? I’ve called a couple of times and they refuse to let me have it! Ugh.

In order for us to provide you with any assistance, you would need to provide further details. You mentioned that you made some changes with the other package? I would start there to see if you may have changed or deleted your current package or altered your à la carte stations.
- Which channels are you missing?
- Have you viewed your channel lineup in MyBell. You will see all of the stations that are currently included in your subscription. Simply click on the channel link for additional information, such as the HD/SD channel number.
- Have you verified your Guide settings for the device & application that you are you using to view your TV channels?
- Which TV service do you subscribe to? Fibe TV or Fibe TV App.
- Which channel package did you subscribe to? Starter, Good, Better, Best.
- To view TV, what device are you using?
- Have you checked out the stations included in your package?
- When checking the stations included in the Starter package, there are a number of stations that are only available in select areas.
- Have you contacted Bell Fibe TV Customer Service to discuss the channel changes that you made & are also missing? Please call: 1 866 797-8686

In the channel programming that I have on TV with Bell I cannot see the news channel cp24 which is free in the plan that I pay for.
How can I see it?

- Which model of receiver & remote are you using?
- Have you contacted Bell TV tech support?
