Go through the lineup on MyBell while looking at the tv app or website portal with “subscribed” filter applied. You can also compare them with the advertised lineup.

At one time I was able to go to the Bell Web site and print out a complete channel list including the TV station ID and the channel number that appears on the guide. The list that is available on the MYBELL site does not have the channel numbers that appear on the guide. How to I get the full list?

Today [December 18, 2023] I printed out my Channel Lineup and tried out some of the channels to see if they work -- they do not work.
For example: CBC Ottawa is listed under my My Channel Lineup as 269 -- but i get a blue screen asking me if i would like to subscribe to this channel -- when in fact I do get CBC Ottawa on channel 205
There are many examples just like the above. PLEASE -- How do I get a PROPER listing printed of my channels under the Better Package that I am subscribed to that I and my family can rely on.
I have 5 TV's in my residence ... not having a proper channel lineup that works consistent is frustrating....

How do I print only the channels that I am subscribed to? Please list step by step instructions. (when I view my channel lineup it doesn't show all the channels that I have) I would like a complete list to print.

I am very new to Bell. In both the mybell website and the mybell android app, any attempt to get a list of our channels generates an error. We have the Better package, which is supposed to include BBC News. But BBC News does not appear in the 'squares' when we scroll through channels via the remote, or via the Fibe tv android app. This is why we wanted to have a list of everything we are supposedly getting.
on website: The information you're looking for is currently unavailable online.
on phone app: Internal server error. Sorry, we've encountered a technical error.
