2025 Price Increase

I received an email last month about the price increases coming in February 2025. The email said that there would be a $2.50 increase per TV service. What is a TV service? Does this mean the number of TVs connected to the network or the number of TV channel packages? Beyond the basic channel package, I currently subscribe to two other packages. Thank you.

Good Day.

There have not been any recent pricing changes on Fibe TV for the Starter, Good, Better & Best packages. This also holds true for the Standard & Premium Fibe TV App packages.

Bell increased the monthly rate on the À la carte TV channels to $3.50 per channel or 10 for $33.00 on January 1, 2025.

However, that is not to say there will not be any change in pricing in the foreseeable future.

Bell does not post policy & price changes in advance on the Bell Community Forum.

Generally speaking, pricing change notifications are sent out at least 2 months in advance. Notices can be seen directly through your MyBell profile Select > My bills and payments. Select > "My bills and payments". Select > "Past bills". Select > View beside the bill that you would like to see. There will be a location called: "Important Messages" and a (+) sign that you can click to review the important messages.

If you wish to change your package & view the current pricing, simply login to your MyBell account. Select > TV service. Select > Modify TV channels.

Thanks, after checking mine did go up 3.50 Jan1st and now it will go up 7.00 Oct 1st. That is 10.00 in one year. That is allot of monies.

have prices increased for sat casue I have not  seen it on my bill . I’m in bc . Or is it a region thing . Casue this is news to me .

I received the following message in my September bill:

As of November 1, 2025, the monthly rate of your À la carte TV add-on(s) will increase by $3.50 each. Your current price is reflected on this bill. If you have any questions, would like to cancel or modify your services, please call us at 1 866 310-BELL (2355).

How does this affect my pick 10 pricing?

 

 

 

I received the same message and have the same question. I tried using the chat tool on bell.ca and got differing answers. Two reps wrote and said my monthly pick 10 cost will be going up by $3.50 plus tax, and one rep wrote and said that the increase will be $35.00 plus tax. I escalated this to Bell's resolution experts last weekend. Three full business days have passed, and I have yet to receive a response. I will come back and post the official word if I (ever) receive it.

Bell's current price for the any 10 channels is $36.50/mo. The per channel price is approximately $4.00.

It took two calls but I finally got an answer (hopefully a definitive answer). Like oldman55, I have a "Pick 10" package of À la carte TV add-on channels. The second agent I spoke with today checked with a colleague or a supervisor and then assured me that my monthly bill will increase by $3.50 (plus tax) as of November 1, 2025. In my case, this means the monthly cost for the "Pick 10" package of À la carte TV add-on channels will rise from $33.00 to $36.50 (plus tax). 

It's unfortunate that the wording that oldman55 and I (and many others, I'm sure) received was so unclear. The good news is it looks like my next bill won't be as much of a shocker as it might have been.

I left Bell for my residential services (Home Phone, TV, Internet) and after many winback calls and meetings with tech support I came back, the process took 2 months to complete.  Now I have received notification for price increases in Feb 2026.  Are recent winback customers exempt from the price increases, because if not I will just leave again?  I am really tired of these back and forth games.

I notice that my monthly bill has increased again. Why? Bell is becoming very expensive.
