Bell mobility- Long distance being re rated?

Lisa D

When I look at my long distance usage it indicates it’s being ‘re rated’. What does that mean? I have unlimited long distance on my plan. Thanks

Good morning, @Lisa D. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.

A rerate is the adjustment of usage charges as though a specific rate plan or feature was in place at the time the usage was incurred.

As pointed out by @WelshTerrier, please bear in mind that as the Community is a peer-to-peer support channel, we do not have access to your account to review your plan and any usage in question.

Can you elaborate & provide me with further details? Which mobility plan do you have? You mentioned Unlimited long distance. Re-rated? Did you change your home address & notify Bell Mobility of this change? Has your local calling area changed? Are these calls related to L.D. limits included in your Mobility agreement? Is this a Canada / US / Mexico plan?

Have you call Bell Mobility & spoken to a customer representative? Please call: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Take care
