English speaker, French information

All the promotions to my email I receive, the bills, the communications are all in French, but I am an English speaker is there a way to change these to English?

Hello, I also have the same issue. I receive my billing information in French though being an English speaker

This is clearly a known issue since some of these comments are from two years ago. No matter how many times I call into customer service I continue to get ALL notifications in French and my profile is set to English. It’s illegal to not serve me in my chosen language and I’m thinking of cancelling bc of how annoying bell has been about this.

I am having the same issue where all my emails, texts and Bell account are in French, but I can only speak English. I have tried going to Billing Profile to change this, but because I have not yet been billed, I can't change anything. If there is something I am missing or if this can be fixed, I would greatly appreciate.
