How can I pay with my debit card on MyBell app?
It is only showing me to input my credit card payment information.

With your Web Browser, you will need to Login / Register at: MyBell: Log in to MyBell
Go to > Bell Support Billing & Accounts > Billing > Go to Top of page & select Billing & Accounts. > Scroll down to & open Paying Your Bill. > Choose: How to register for pre-authorized payments from your bank account. Select this & follow the step by step tutorial. This will show you how to set up preauthorized debit payment from your bank account on the the MyBell website.

I dont have a credit card
I only have debit card , So can I pay my bills using debit card

If you have a debit card, then you have a bank account. To make a make a payment with your debit card online, you need to set Bell up as a payee on your bank’s website. Login to your bank account.. Set up Bell as a payee in your bill payments.You will need need to select the correct company, enter account number, etc. & process the amount as shown outstanding on your Bell bill.

If you have set up Pre-authorized payments in One bill on MyBell, all you need to do is update your credit card information to your new BMO card.
If you have not set up Pre-authorized payments, you can Make a payment directly from One bill on MyBell with your new credit card.

My credit card was stolen; I'm waiting for a replacement. Meanwhile, I want to pay my Bell bill by debit card. I asked how to do this on the general MyBell chat yesterday, & was told I can set up my profile on MyBell to accept debit cards. But this was not true; the profile refuses to accept debit card info (only credit cards). Please tell me how how I can pay by debit. Over the phone, maybe?

Payments can not be made nor set up using a bank card payment on MyBell to pay you bill.
You can set up Pre-authorized payments on One Bill with one of the major credit card companies, i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Amex or you can choose to set up online bill payments using your bank account information.

It is highly inconvenient that Bell doesn't accept a debit card.
Yes I can setup preauthorized debit payments but this not that simple for none tech savvy people.
Also, every time the bill amount changes one must go in and update the payments.
Why can't a huge company like Bell do work like this for its customers by accepting debit cards?

Please try the following. Your debit card it just a different tool that fundamentally does the same thing. You just need to follow these instructions & the screen prompts. If after completing this & you see no value or the benefits of doing it this way, then all you need to do, is log back in and cancel it!
Setup for Bell Pre-authorized Banking Payments
With your Web Browser, you will need to Login / Register at: MyBell: Log in to MyBell
Go to > Bell Support Billing & Accounts > Billing > Go to Top of page & select Billing & Accounts. > Scroll down to & open Paying Your Bill. > Choose: How to register for pre-authorized payments from your bank account. Select this & follow the step by step tutorial. This will show you how to set up preauthorized debit payment from your bank account on the the MyBell website. On this same page, you will also see on the right side of the page Where to obtain your account information.
I do not work for Bell & that is how I pay my bill. I also have the confidence that it is being on time! No muss... no fuss & a very simple process.
If you chooseset it up this way, when the billing amount changes it will adjust accordingly. This method is virtually the same as using your debit card. Just easier, simpler, & costs you no more.

You can not pay your bill with a debit card. You can pay your bill online by logging in your financial institutions application or website & setting up: BELL ONE BILL - 14 DIGITS as a payee.
You can also set up a pre- authorized payment or one time payment with either your bank account details or credit card on MyBell.
You can use any of the following methods of payment:
- Pre-authorized payments from a bank account
- Pre-authorized payments by credit card
- One-time bank account payments
- One-time credit card payments
