When you signup for MyBell, you automatically get access to your e-bill.

If you prefer to receive a paper bill, you are eligible if you:

  • Are 65 years of age or older
  • Self-identify as a person with a disability
  • Do not have home Internet or mobile data services provided by Bell

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact Bell Customer Service accounts & billing to request a paper billing.

You can reach them by calling: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device

Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.

Take care.

I received a notification that I will no longer receive a paper copy of my bill. I do not have a printer nor can I read my bill on my cell phone because it is too small.  I still need a hard copy.

The above is not answer. It directs the person to another site which circles back here. HOW do senior citizens get paper bill delivered. A direct answer would help.

Thank you. The most clear and direct answer to your question is if you meet the criteria in the answer given by @WelshTerrier, please contact Bell directly at the numbers given in his post to request paper billing. You cannot make that change on the web.
