How do I leave a review for a great employee?

Hello, 

Your employee Krista from Ontario was super helpful. I was in a rush to get to work and I forgot to ask if there is anyway I can leave of a review for her. She was very informative, understanding and kind. I really appreciate all her help and hope she gets to see this somehow.

Hi,

I have been facing technical issues since last Tuesday and was told that I should book an appointment with a technician to come and check. I work from 9–5 every day, so it wasn’t easy to arrange.

Today, Sunday, December 8th, I called Bell from Toronto in the afternoon, feeling quite disappointed. However, an employee named Vanessa resolved the issue patiently and kindly. I had spoken to several employees before her, but she stood out for being incredibly responsible, polite, and kind. She is the kind of person who restores faith in customer service and makes you want to remain a loyal Bell customer!

Hi there,

I just wanted to take some time to give feedback to an associate in the Billing department that was helping me today. Her name is Arlyn, not sure if I should share this here, but let me know if there is another way to give feedback to this employee, I will adjust accordingly. I was trying to find where I can leave a feedback, but all I found is how to leave a complaint.

Arlyn was super helpful, crazily patient and she has such a sweet attitude. She made sure that everything is correct before I hung up, which I really appreciate. I hope this feedback and reach her and her team and hopefully it can be taken into consideration for her performance review.

I started to have the typical customer service experience of “this is above my pay grade” response. I could feel anxiety and frustration levels rising. Lucky me! I ended up with a person from Customer Resolution with excellent communication skills. The representative was amazing. She actually listened to me and asked pertinent probing questions. Within minutes, she understood my issue and started a resolution process. She promised to follow up and did exactly what she said she would do. I can’t thank her enough. I’m trying to find a Customer Service Survey. Can anyone help?

My wife and I purchased an I phone 16 pro at Bell-Chinook. The person who helped us was Asif. Asif was very knowledgeable about mobile plans, services and products and helped us find and transition to the right plan and product. He was extremely efficient in helping us with transferring information from and old I-Phone 10 to an I old phone 14 and from the I phone 14 to the new I phone 16 pro. He was patient and courteous and is an extremely valuable resource for Bell-Chinook. We give him a 5 star rating. Raj and Rose Retnanandan

Amazing support from the Moroccan support center .The young lady was Arib , very professional, excellent communication skills, Bell has done a great job with support centre, I commend the management for their leadership, training and hiring excellent staff. Arib should be recognized for her skills and the moment of customer interaction which she excelled in.
