7802: small green flickering box on the top left of the screen when trying to watch television

I have no video, only a small green flickering box on the top left of the screen when trying to watch television using the Bell Fibe box. I have used the virtual repair process, rebooted my modem and checked all connections.

Thank you for your question. We need some more information, however. What model Fibe box do you have?  Does this occur when you turn on your TV from the remote control? Are all the cables pushed into their sockets completely and making a good connection? Can you plug your Fibe box into any other TV or computer monitor and is the same issue present?  What internet package do you have? Is your internet service affected or slowing any symptoms?
