Amazon Prime app always requires an update on my 4K Vip5662w

When I try to have access to my Amazon prime app on the Fibe tv, it always requires an update…which I do….reboot…etc….

But still require an update…..

FYI, my Bell TV box is a 4K…

I stated yes I rebooted the thing I even got a new box from Bell and the same issue keeps happening. Text Support has no clue what I’m talking about. They keep telling me to go to Google play store or delete the app and then reload it. I’m telling trying to tell them that no it comes preloaded. You can’t change it, but they don’t understand.

You are correct. There is no Google Play store or app associated with Prime Video on the VIP5662w.

Have you followed my earlier instructions & escalated your issue and requested to speak to a Bell Fibe TV Tech support manager? If not, please call: 1 866 797-8686

Did you obtain a reference number and ask them to elevate the issue & to provide you with a ticket number?
