I keep getting kicked off my bell fibe tv app after more than 2 users in my house use the account. Is there a way to have more than 2 devices using the service at the same time?

Hopefully the following will address all of your Fibe TV questions.
1. Fibe TV service:
- When connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have unlimited devices watching content simultaneously and unlimited devices registered.
- When not connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have three devices watching content simultaneously and five devices registered.
2. Fibe TV app service:
- When connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have two devices watching content simultaneously and unlimited devices registered.
- When not connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi, you can have two devices watching content simultaneously and five devices registered.
Fibe TV Registered Devices
To view or modify your register devices: > Open the the Fibe TV App > Select Settings > My Devices. You will now see a listing for all of your registered devices. To delete a device > Select the device > Select Delete > Enter your MyBell Username & Password > Select Modify > Select Delete to confirm. That is it.
Here is a link to better assist you in using the Fibe TV App:

We have the app installed on two devices (2 tvs) - using a Chromecast and Firestick.
This is used at our cottage when away from home (off our home bell wifi). This evening it booted one device off and would only allow one device to stream at a time. The warning stated that, yet the link/QR code it showed to follow for help/explanation stated you could have 2 devices streaming at the same time and up to 5 registered (we only have 2) when not connect to your home bell wifi. I’m at a loss!

Hi @Powderhorn,
Welcome to the Bell Community.
We wanted to check in and see if this is still happening. Are you able to try removing the devices, and then signing back in to see if that helps?
Please keep the Community posted.

Have you rebooted your modem recently? Let’ start there. Go to your modem & unplug it. Wait 30 seconds & plug it back in. This will take approximately 5-7 minutes to reconnect to Bell. Once all of the flashing lights have stopped & there is no error message, you can proceed with the following:
- Let’ s start by verifying the number of devices registered in the app.
- Go to Settings & My devices. Check to see if your iOS or OS is up to date.
- Do your devices meet the minimum requirements to install & use the Fibe TV app?
- If so then remove the app from all devices.
- Do a hard boot on the devices, power off.
- Power on the devices & reinstall the app once again on each device.

Set up a new Amazon Firestick and tried to watch through my Bell app and a window pops up indicating “Too many devices on account. The maximum number of devices associated with your account has been reached”.
I was under the impression that you’re allowed five devices on an account.

Hi there @Keeeebin
Thanks for reaching out to the Bell Community 🙂
Do you have a subscription to Fibe TV, the Fibe TV app or Satellite TV? Are you connected to your Bell Home Wi-Fi or an outside network?
- If you subscribe to Fibe TV and are using the Fibe TV app you can have unlimited devices registered while connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi. When not connected to your Home Bell Wi-Fi you can have five devices registered.
- If you are subscribed to the Fibe TV app service (also included with Satellite) when connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi you can have unlimited devices registered while connected to your home Bell Wi-Fi. When not connected to your Home Wi-Fi you can have five devices registered.
How many devices do you currently have registered? Try removing any devices that are not using the Bell Fibe TV app at the moment, and then check to see if you are still having trouble.
Let the Community know if you have any other questions.

Good day @Marlboro
Thank you for reaching out.
When streaming Fibe TV and the Fibe TV app using a Wi-Fi network other than your home network, please note these limits:
- Fibe TV: Up to three devices can stream, but only one can watch live TV at any given moment.
- Fibe TV App: A maximum of two devices can stream simultaneously; however, only one can watch live television.
Please let the Community know if you have any more questions.

Hi @Marlboro
Only one of the devices will be able to stream Live TV while you are connected to a network outside of your Bell Home Wi-Fi. The other device will have access to stream On Demand and downloaded/recorded content.

that is not the case. Let me explain and maybe i am wrong.
when i am in my office, away from home, i am logged onto the bell app through my office wifi and streaming live content. My son at the same time, would be at his work and away from home and also streaming live content but when we are together say at my sisters house, only 1 of us can stream live content? It says to many devices connected? would that be due to us using the same wifi network?
i understand at home we can all stream.
