I am also using my TV screen as a second screen on my laptop. But the TV speakers provide a louder volume when used via my laptop rather than used just for Fibe TV. I have increased the Fibe TV volume to 100, but it is still quieter than when I watch the same show via the Fibe-TV app on my laptop. How can I fix this?

Since yesterday both of my TVs are having volume problems, I can hardly hear and have to turn the volume all the way up to 25/26 to hear. Called Bell support and was told it was my TVs and was hung up on, customer rep was a Mike. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS.

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell community 🙂
Can you clarify which TV receivers you have? Is the issue affecting a certain channel or all channels?
If the volume is too low you can follow the steps in this helpful reply
and adjust the devices volume in the receiver settings.
