Resolved! Unable to Access Modem Settings

I am unable to access the modem to change my Wi-Fi settings.I've tried it on several browsers and they all turn to show that my internet access is blocked.How can I fix this?Thanks.

Resolved! Giga Hub does not recognize my ASUS router connected by Ethernet cable.
