I can’t connect my buzzer to my cell phone. When buzzer is called it goes to my voicemail only. How to fix it?

Resolved! Making calls with the Europe 14 Day Travel Pass

I hope to travel in Europe with a Bell Travel Pass. It says I can make calls within Europe. Does this include calls to friends travelling with us whose phones are registered in the US?
