I got an email saying I used wrong account number to make my payment last month. Tried to insert new one bill 14 digit account number but bank says not enough numbers. So what do you look up to add bell one bill as a new payee with new account number.

I've already added bell home services as I believe my internet,  it which one do I add for my cellphone?

If you have not combined your internet with your mobility in to a single Bell One Bill account, you would still:

Select : BELL ONE BILL - 14 DIGITS

Your mobility & current home internet services have separate  account numbers. You can easily combine them in to one billing account on MyBell if you wish to do so. Here is a link that will explain Bell One a bill to you:

What “payee” in my banking app do I choose to pay this? There are lots of bell options.  It’s a nine digit bell account no.

I pay for internet+TV monthly. This is the first time to pay bill.

I'm trying to register payee now and I don't see bell alone but I see a lot of bell related names down there. Which one means bell company?Untitled.png

Thank you for your question. The best places to find the answer will be to check out the Royal Bank’s own web page support page or to contact their customer support centre or visit a local branch directly. They would be best positioned to respond to your question.
