Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
To temporally suspend any one of your services, you will need to login to MyBell. Scroll down > to the bottom of the main services page. Select > Temporary Service Suspension. Select > the services you wish to suspend & follow the onscreen prompts. Save > your changes.
You will not be able to make or receive calls (except 9-1-1 calls), or send or receive text messages. You will also not be able to use mobile services on linked devices, such as NumberShare wearable devices.
I have included the following web link to assist if you wish to suspend a service.
Temporary suspensions (bell.ca)
A one-time suspension charge of $49 will be applied to your next bill. Monthly service charges will be prorated within 1ā2 billing cycles. The amount depends on the dates when the suspension takes effect and when it ends. Monthly rental charges (for example if you rent-to-own a TV receiver) will continue to apply as per the terms of service.
Take care.

Thank you for your question. There is a fee of $49 to suspend services. It is applied to your next bill. There is no additional charge when your service suspension ends and your services are restored.

Thank you for your question. The maximum length you can have a service suspension in force is six months. That means your suspension can start when you leave in October but will end on the date you select, but not more than six months later.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
We cannot seasonally suspend your account on the Bell Community Forum. This is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing details.
In MyBell, you can temporarily suspend your TV, Internet and Home phone services when they are not needed.
Set up a temporary service suspension
- Select the services to suspend.
- Choose your start and end dates.
- Select Continue.
- Review the request and select Submit.
The suspension takes effect between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. on the requested day.
If you wish to suspend your services, you can do so from between one month and six months. I have included all of the pertinent details for you below.
A one-time suspension charge of $49 will be applied to your next bill. There is no additional charge when your service suspension ends, and your services are restored. Monthly service charges will be prorated within 1ā2 billing cycles. The amount depends on the dates when the suspension takes effect and when it ends. Monthly rental charges (for example if you rent-to-own a TV receiver) will continue to apply as per the terms of service.
