How can I download my Bill History for the full year of 2020? I cannot see any archive area online.

On MyBell, if you select > My bills & payments & you go to the right side of the page, you can Select > Payment history. On this screen you will be able to > Scroll down & view 18 months of Bills & Payments. (The current & 17 previous months.) There is no further history maintained beyond 18 months.

I would like to make a copy of an old bill. The drop down box doesn't give the month and year I need. Where can I access this?

To view you bills& save them to pdf or print them, you will need to log in to MyBell from your web browser. Select > My bills & payments. Select > One bill. Select > Payment history. You can now Select > One of your last 18 bills from history by choosing the date & Selecting > Bill. On the top right corner of the bill you will have two choices to make: Download or Print the bill.
If you are looking to print a bill beyond 18 months, you will not be able to do so as bills are only kept for a rolling 18 month as they are issued.
If you are using the drop down box while you are viewing a bill, it will only show 12 months of history. Just select Payment history once again on the top right hand corner to select a full 18 months.

Those bills are no longer available. They are no longer kept beyond the rolling 18 months.

We wanted to jump in to ensure there is no confusion regarding former bills. In the instance that you need a bill that is no longer available via MyBell, a reprint request can be made by contacting customer service.

Try downloading it to your computer, mobility device, etc. as a pdf file. You can then view it, send it as a file or print it.
Follow these step:
Login to your MyBell account & go to My bills & payments > Select One bill > Select the current bill or choose the bill you wish to save or print from history. Select > Choose save in PDF format. Then follow the instructions.

is there a way I can print off total billings for internet and home phone for my 2023 tax preparation

You will likely have to print off month by month. I have never seen a way to print off a whole year.
