Resolved! Fibe TV box - keeps returning to Home Screen

My fibe tv box keeps returning to the Home Screen in the middle of a program. I have 3 tv boxes but only the one does it. I’ve rebooted my system a number of times and it’s still doing it!  any suggestions?

Resolved! Missing a channel in the Fibe TV app

I use the Bell Fibe app. I subscribe to some extra channels on top of my package. One of the channels is not showing up on my grid to select.
