If you prefer to receive a paper bill, you are eligible if you:

  • Are 65 years of age or older
  • Self-identify as a person with a disability
  • Do not have home Internet or mobile data services provided by Bell

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact Bell Customer Service accounts & billing to request a paper billing.

You can reach them by calling: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device

Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.

Take care.

Why do I not receive a paper bill as requested?

@BellAntgio @Anglaisesu  The link you provide is not a great article as you stated.  I've copied what restrictions on paper billing are below.  I tried to click on the contact us link but it does not state whom to contact to get a paper bill for my 81 year old mother.  This is really a terrible contact page that I doubt most people over 30 would not have difficulty with.

Received this notification from Bell: "We’re moving to paperless billing only". Does this mean I can move to "moneyless payment"?

How do I continue to receive paper bills?

I stopped getting paper bills.  No idea why.  I kept paying what I always pay.  Created an account online and all of a sudden it says I owe a ton as my plan price went up!  I was never ever notified and I had never received a paper bill to inform me.  If i hadnt have created an account and logged in, I would have never known.  Terrible PR!

Billing information: Can I get a paper bill sent to me?

The e-bill is Bell's most convenient and environmentally friendly option to receive your bill. You can download & save this as a pdf file to your computer. If you need a paper copy, you can also print it on your home printer.

When you sign up for MyBell, you automatically get access to your e-bill.

On Wednesday I spent almost an hour on the phone talking with a customer representative and then with someone from payments.
I repeatedly explained that I had paid my bills by cheque mailed to Bell Canada's office in North York and that my cheques had been cashed: cheque 822 dated July 15th for $39.55, 831 dated August 14th for $79.10 and 838 dated Sept. 15th for $197.30.
He assured me that he had filled in a form to have this investigated and that in the meantime I would not be bothered by any more ebills. He also said that all future bills would be paper and sent to me by mail as I had repeatedly requested to no avail.
And now, just some 48 hours later I have received yet another ebill for an astronomical sum.
Please fix this!!
Linda Butler  (I have always been a Bell customer but this is trying my patience.)

We have not received a paper bill since August 2023. Were we switched to paperless without authorization? Prefer paper bill

I am 75 years old and should be eligible for paper billing.  In moving my mobile and TV etc. services to Bell, the representative promised that I will receive paper monthly bills.  However, I did not receive any paper bills in the last 2 months.  I also did not receive any email reminder.  I have no means to pay bills on time.  Could you please check for me what has gone wrong.
